Pedro Chaves is a Portuguese film director that grew up all over Europe. He studied journalism at the ULB and directing at the NYFA. He directed and wrote several short films and in 2009 directed his first feature: Reiki. An action/comedy that screened at the Marché du Film in Cannes and in several festivals worldwide such as the Razor Reel Film Festival in Bruges. The feature also had a limited theatrical release in Europe and VOD in Asia. Next to his fiction work, Pedro Chaves also works as a director for music videos for artists such as Julia Michaels, Kacey Musgraves, Catfish and The Bottlemen, and many more.
